During the meetings with our partners;

The main partner of NGO Crimean Tatars’ “PEN-club”  is BRO "Fund of communities" (www.communityfund.at.ua) and NGO informational and educational center “Borazan”. This partnership helps to implement any project by high level of effectiveness. NGO IEC “Borazan” has been founded in 1995 and has powerful creative and executive capacity. NGO IEC “Borazan” is a founder of TV and Radio Company “TAV-DAIR”. The organization published some books about actual problems. The target groups of the organization are minorities, women and young. Hundreds of educational services have been helped for target groups.

 The Crimean Tatars’ “PEN-club” has active partnership relationships with other non-governmental organizations in the world, as well as with the general public of the region. Strong partnership relationships have been established with many international funds and organizations. As a result, members of the organization regularly attend different conferences and seminars that significantly increase their knowledge level and enhance their problem-solving skills.

For example in 2009 members of the board of NGO Crimean Tatars’ “PEN-club”  and NGO IEC “Borazan” were invited for educational trip to the Czech Republic. The participation had become the reality for us by the result of the open contest among public activists from all Ukraine. By help of our active civic position we became not only the participants of the trip but the partners of the all project too. And in 2010 a president of  Crimean Tatar’s “PEN-club” visited USA and Poland by invitation of international partners of NGO.

NGO Crimean Tatars’ “PEN-club”  and IEC “Borazan” have achieved high level of development. The organizations implements sundry seminars and trainings by own initiative. Many local activists have got useful knowledge by help of such events. NGO Crimean Tatars’ “PEN-club” and IEC «Borazan» already work more than 10 years to defend the rights and freedoms of target groups in Crimea, Ukraine and in the world.

 By help of our initiative we spent the trainings for the public activists from ethnic minorities to be involved in decision-making processes and to act on behalf of their common interests. These trained activists are our partners now. They empower ethnic minorities to act by developing shared relationships, understandings, and tasks which enable them to gain new resources, new understanding of their interests, and new capacity to use these resources on behalf of their interests. They work through "dialogues" in relationships, understanding and action carried out as campaigns. They identify, recruit and develop leadership, they build community among that leadership, and they will build power out of that community.

Hundreds of educational services have been helped for target groups. The organizations have active partnership relationships with other non-governmental organizations in the world, as well as with the general public of the region.
